Click here to obtain a blank proposal outline. The City will open bids on a weekly basis. Sale will be awarded to the highest bidder who submits a suitable proposal. To determine if your proposed use is permissible in a specific location, call the Zoning Office at (585) 428-7043. Weekly bid deadline is Tuesday at noon. Bids must consist of the following:
• Completed proposal outline describing your intended use, cost estimate, financing plan and schedule for making the improvements to the site, and • Completed purchaser affidavit, and • Deposit of $50, payable in cash, or by cashier’s check payable to City Treasurer.
Deposit will be refunded if the proposal is not approved.
