The City of Rochester Service Request Form is a way for residents to request certain services and report street and sidewalk problems. If you spot an issue in your neighborhood, have a complaint, or are in need of a city service, fill out the online form and the proper city department will address your needs. Website service submissions will be processed within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).

For immediate service, call 311- the One Call to City Hall line- and speak live with a customer service representative. If you are located outside city limits, call (585) 428-5990.
